What DTF Center collects, why, and who processes it.

Who we are

DTF Center is operated by DTF PORT LLC, 11500 Harry Hines Blvd, Ste 117, Dallas, TX 75229, USA. For questions about your data, or to make a request about it, write to dtfcenterdallas@gmail.com. We reply within one business day.

What we collect from resellers

When you open a reseller account we collect your email address, your name, your store's name and web address, and your billing details. Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us. We keep a record of what you do in the dashboard — publishing a store, changing prices, approving a refund — so that changes to a store can be traced to whoever made them.

What flows through us from your customers

When someone buys from your storefront we handle their name, email address, shipping address, phone number if they give one, the artwork they upload, and the details of their order. We hold their password only as a one-way hash if they create an account on your store. We do not sell this data, and we do not use one reseller's customer list to market to anyone.

Our role

For your reseller account we are the controller: we decide what to collect and why. For your customers' personal data we act on your behalf — you decide what your store collects, and we process it to take the order, print it, and deliver it. If you are subject to the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or a similar law, you will likely need a data processing agreement with us; write to dtfcenterdallas@gmail.com and we will put one in place.

Services we rely on

We use these providers, and each receives only what it needs: • Vercel — hosting. Sees requests to the site. • Neon — the database. Holds orders, accounts, and store settings. • Stripe — payments. Handles card details directly; we never see the card number. • Cloudflare R2 — file storage. Holds uploaded artwork and print files. • Resend — transactional email. Receives the recipient address and the message. • Replicate — image upscaling. Receives an image only when someone chooses to upscale it. • PhotoRoom — background removal. Receives an image only when someone chooses to remove its background. The last two see customer artwork, so they are named here even though they are used only on request rather than on every order.

Where data is held

Our providers process data in the United States. If you or your customers are outside the US, using the platform means personal data is transferred there.

How long we keep things

Artwork uploaded while designing but never ordered is held briefly and then deleted automatically — it is working material, not a record. Artwork attached to a real order is kept with the order, so it can be reprinted or a dispute can be settled. Orders and account records are kept while your store is open and for as long afterwards as we need them for tax and accounting. If you close your store, write to us and we will tell you what is deleted and what we must keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to dtfcenterdallas@gmail.com and we will reply within one business day. If the request concerns a customer of a reseller's store, we will normally pass it to that reseller, since the data is theirs and they are the one the customer dealt with.

Cookies

We use cookies only to make the site work, not to track you across the web and not for advertising. Two things are stored: a sign-in session so you stay logged in, and a shopping cart so it survives a page reload. There is no third-party advertising cookie set by the platform itself. A reseller may add their own analytics or advertising tags to their storefront. Those are the reseller's, set under their store, and covered by their own privacy policy.
