Who these terms are between
DTF Center is operated by DTF PORT LLC, 11500 Harry Hines Blvd, Ste 117, Dallas, TX 75229, USA ("DTF Center", "we", "us"). These terms are between DTF Center and the reseller who opens an account and runs a storefront on the platform ("you"). They do not govern the relationship between you and your own customers. Your customers buy from your store under the policies you publish there, and those policies are yours to write and honour. Questions about these terms: dtfcenterdallas@gmail.com. We reply within one business day.
What the platform provides
A hosted storefront on your own web address, tools to design and price direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, order handling, and the printing and shipping of those orders from our facility in Dallas, Texas. Production normally takes two to three business days from the point an order is confirmed, before shipping time. That is a target rather than a guarantee, and we will tell you when an order will miss it.
Who takes the payment
DTF Center is the merchant of record for orders placed through your storefront. Your customer pays DTF Center, and DTF Center appears on their card statement. This matters for three reasons. We are responsible for handling the payment, including chargebacks. We are responsible for the print and its delivery. And the money reaches you afterwards as a payout rather than landing in your own account at checkout.
What you earn, and how you are paid
You set your own retail prices. DTF Center charges you a wholesale price for fulfilling each order, which depends on your plan. Your earnings on an order are what your customer paid, less any discount you applied, less our wholesale price for that order. Shipping charges and sales tax are not part of your earnings: shipping covers carriage we arranged, and tax is collected on behalf of a tax authority. We do not take a percentage commission. Our revenue is the wholesale price plus your monthly plan fee. An order becomes payable once it has shipped, not when it is placed — an order still in production may yet be cancelled. Payouts are sent by bank transfer or PayPal on request; tell us where to send them at dtfcenterdallas@gmail.com. You can see what you have earned, and what is still in production, in your dashboard under Settings → Payouts. If an order is refunded after you have already been paid for it, the amount comes off your next payout. We will not invoice you for it. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. If you are a US person, we may need a completed Form W-9 from you before sending payouts, and we may be required to report payments to you on a Form 1099.
Plan fees
Plan fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and are not refundable for a period already started. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If a plan payment fails, we will tell you and retry. If it keeps failing, your store may be moved to the free tier or suspended until it is settled. Orders already placed are still printed and shipped.
Your account and your store
You are responsible for what appears on your storefront: your product descriptions, your prices, your policies, and the claims you make to your customers. You are also responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend a store that is being used for fraud, that is selling material we will not print, that is the subject of repeated chargebacks, or whose plan fees have gone unpaid. A suspended store stops taking new orders. Orders already paid for are still fulfilled, and your customers keep access to their order tracking.
Artwork and the right to print it
When you or your customer uploads a design, you confirm that you hold the rights to have it printed. That includes trademarks, logos, characters, photographs, and artwork owned by someone else. We will refuse to print material that infringes someone's rights, or that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors. We may refuse an order without printing it and refund it. If a rights holder contacts us about something printed through your store, we may pass on your contact details. Uploaded files stay ours to store only as long as we need them: files left in the builder without an order are deleted automatically, and files attached to a real order are kept so the order can be reprinted or disputed.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting failures, and problems at the services we depend on can take it offline. If the platform is unavailable, orders already paid for are still printed and shipped.
Limits of liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that: our liability to you for any claim connected to the platform or an order is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or the cost of business you did not win. Because this section allocates real risk, it is the part most worth having your own attorney read.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you are responsible for, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
